Return and Refund Policy

PROTOWINGS TECH SOLUTIONS LLP & Roto3D believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal Return, Refund & Cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the couriers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • PROTOWINGS TECH SOLUTIONS LLP does not accept cancellation requests for shipped or delivered items. However, refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good or as per standards.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any refunds approved by our customer support team, the refund will be credited into original method of payment within 10 days.

Return Policy

  • Our returns policy lasts 10 days., your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • If 10 days have passed since you have received the product, you’ll not be eligible for a return.
  • All returnable items are subject to this policy which may change time to time. Please read the Terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any products from our site.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as Invoice, Order ID, Payment receipt etc.,
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to our shop address only which is available in contact us page.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy

  • Once your order is approved for return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • Partial refund will be processed for any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or due to customer usage.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Seasonal Sale items cannot be refunded or may be partially refunded subject to company policy at such time of sale event.

Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@roto3d.in and send your item to our store address only after our team approves your exchange request.
  • All the approved exchange items will be delivered within 15 working days of such approval.

Shipping of Return Items

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address only.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping if paid by us will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item safely.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
