  • Ordering: The process typically involves uploading a 3D design file, selecting materials, and receiving a quotation. We will proceed with manufacturing after you approve the quote and make the required payment.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include issues with the 3D model, infringement of intellectual property, immorality, insult to religion or community or technical infeasibility.
  • Cancellation by User: Due to the custom nature of our services, you may not be able to cancel an order once it has entered the production phase. Any exceptions will be at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual property

  • User’s Designs: You retain all intellectual property rights to the 3D models and designs you upload to our website.
  • License to Protowings: By uploading a 3D model, you grant Protowings Tech Solutions LLP a limited, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and reproduce your design for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • Warranty by User: You warrant that your uploaded content is your original creation or that you have the necessary permissions from the rightful owner. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party intellectual property claims related to your designs.
  • Website Content: All content on roto3d.in, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Protowings Tech Solutions LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Payment, pricing, and refunds

  • Payment: All payments must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed for bulk orders. We accept various payment methods, including debit/credit cards and UPI.
  • Pricing: We strive for accuracy in pricing but reserve the right to correct any errors. In case of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and provide a refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy, which is available on our website. As custom items are generally non-refundable, refunds are typically evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Shipping and delivery

  • Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen factors such as logistics, machine failures, or natural disasters.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to items transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

Our 3D printing and prototyping services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for high-quality results, we do not warrant that the final products will be free from minor imperfections inherent in 3D printing technology, such as layer lines or slight dimensional variations. You assume full responsibility for testing and validating any functional or load-bearing parts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Protowings Tech Solutions LLP and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any proven damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Protowings Tech Solutions LLP, along with its employees and agents, harmless from liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses that may arise from your violation of these Terms or any third-party claims related to your use of our services.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru Jurisdiction, Karnataka.
